this weeks Friday frocks for me is very reminiscent of the 1940s land girls look with a twist!!!
my bright teal midi length skirt that doesn't look very bright on the pictures due to my pants camera that I'm having to use at the minute!..
the material is quite thick which is great as its still rather nippy isn't it. and because of the weight of the material it is slightly a-line with two kick pleats in the front as well which is most flattering when you're having a jabba the hut day!
charity shop £3.99
i love this blouse not only has it got the sweetest pattern
but its got floaty little sleeves and a peter pan collar.. what is not to like about it ..
and i love how the teal in the blouse really matches the skirt..this is a primark blouse via the charity shop £2.99
add to this a little vintage cardi £1.49 navy blue with the cutest buttons..
teamed with a little belt from Primark already tied in a bow £2.00
add some cute little navy shoes with the sweetest bow on the front.. also primark ..bought these last year.. think they cost about £12..nothing to expensive!
oh and while this post has been a sponsored by primark outfit .. I'll finish it off with a rose pattern ring from primarni itself.. £2.50. goes with everything i have to say!!
i always get compliments when i wear this outfit.. i think its the colour of the skirt which really is bright and cheery and its a very feminine outfit i have to say.. but i do always feel a bit like i should be holding up posters with the slogan "dig for victory" or something along those lines when i wear it !!.
Loving the outfit, i have a skirt very similar to yours - i was rescued from my nans wardrobe and i love it. Loving the shoes too :o) Scarlett x
